How To Order Your Office Furniture Online
Ordering your office furniture online couldn't be easier! This
website offers a fast and effective means to browse a huge range of products,
and when you're ready you can purchase the products instantly. To learn how,
please follow the 3 steps listed below:
Selecting
Your Products
The menu in the left hand side of the page contains links to
all of our product categories. Simply click on a link and you will be taken
to that particular category. When you reach a category you will see a summary
of the products available, including a small thumbnail image, product title
and price. To view a product in detail simply click on a thumbnail image,
or a product title link.
The product detail page shows a large image of the product
and a short description. There may also be some additional smaller images,
if so, try clicking on one and you will see an enlarged version pop up onto
your screen. At the bottom of this page you will find a list of product options
(if available), such as dimensions or finish. To add a product
to your basket, select which options you require and click the 'Add To Basket'
button.
When you add a product, you will be taken to the 'Shopping
Basket' page. This page keeps a running total of all your selected products.
You have NOT purchased anything at this stage and you can always remove products
from your basket, or empty the basket entirely, so feel free to add as many
products as you like. To see the installation costs added to your basket -
click the link which is located under the last product you added. To remove
the installation costs simply click this link once more.

the bottom of the page, or to purchase the products in your basket click the
'Secure Checkout' link...
The Checkout
The first stage of the checkout process requires you to register
for an account. This is a very simple process where you are asked to create
a username and password, which will enable you to login. For those users who
have already registered (during a previous purchase), there is a login form
which allows you to by-pass this step.
The second stage of the checkout process requires you to select
a delivery and invoice address for your order. If you have purchased from
us previously, you should see your address(es) listed at the top of this page.
If not, simply use the form at the bottom of the page to insert one or more
a new addresses. You can then select the correct delivery and invoice address
for your order and move onto the next stage. You can of course select the
same address for both delivery and invoice purposes.
The third stage of the checkout process requires you to confirm
your order. On this page you will see a summary of the products you have selected,
together with their costs. If you need to amend any aspect of your order -
please use the 'Edit' links provided. When you are happy with your order and
you have read the Terms & Conditions, please click the 'Pay Now By Debit/Credit
Card' link at the bottom of the page. Your order will then be sent to SpaceOfficeFurniture.co.uk
pending full payment. You will also receive an email from us confirming your
order details.
Making
Your Payment
After placing your order (as described above) you should be
presented with a screen asking you to click on a SECPay image. When you click
on this image you will be taken to the SECPay website. SpaceOfficeFurniture.co.uk
have a formal agreement with SECPay to accept funds on our behalf. After clicking
on the link you should be presented with a payment form, asking you for your
debit/credit card details. Please enter your payment card details into this
form and click the 'Authorise' button at the bottom of the page. If your payment
is accepted you will be returned to this website, and a confirmation screen
will be displayed. You will also receive an email from SECPay to confirm that
your payment was accepted.
Alternative
Methods of Payment
For orders over a value of £2,000.00 you may wish to
make use of our payment terms. These are 50% deposit with order (negotiable)
and the remaining balance upon delivery of goods. Please add products to the
shopping basket and then click the 'Print Mail/Fax Order Form button to send
a written order.
