Q. How do I know my card details are secure
on your website?
A. SpaceOfficeFurniture.co.uk employs
a dedicated third party payment provider (SECPay) to accept payment on our
behalf. During the checkout process you will be directed to the to the SECPay
servers over a secure 128bit SSL connection.
Q. How can I order other than Online ?
A. Should you not feel confident
passing your details online we offer a printable order form where you can
send your card details or a cheque to us as an alternative.
Q. How can I print off a Quotation?
A. Simply select your preferred
list of products in the shopping basket then bypass the checkout & select
'Print Quote' option.
Q. How do I place an order on the website?
A. There is a very simple process
involved to order an item from Space Office Furniture. Firstly browse around
the site looking at the products available. When you are happy with the product
being what you require simply select the options (colour etc) and then click
the ‘add’ button situated next to the product. This will place
it in the websites virtual shopping basket. When you have finished selecting
your products simply click on `shopping basket` in the top right hand corner
of your screen and ‘go to checkout’ where you can enter your details
and complete the order.
Q. What methods of payment are accepted?
A. We accept most methods of payment.
Online we will accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Maestro Solo, (Etc TBC).
In addition to these we also accept cheque via post and for the larger commercial
projects we will proceed against a deposit with order with balance 30days
from delivery (subject to status).
Q. Do Space Office Furniture’s prices
Include VAT?
A. Unless expressly stated otherwise,
please assume all prices include VAT.
Q. Will my details be given to marketing
companies?
A. Space Office Furniture is committed
to keeping your details confidential from third parties. You can rest assured
that you will not be bombarded with marketing literature/phone calls after
entering your details on this site. Space Office Furniture is registered with
the Information Commissioners to comply with the DPA (Data Protection Act)

Q. What is the warranty service on products?
A. All desking products come with
a 1year/12months manufacturers warranty unless expressly stated otherwise
on the product page. All seating products come with a 3year manufacturers
warranty unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.
Q. What should I do if I have a complaint?
A. We take customer service very
seriously and if you have any aspect of the service we offer that doesn’t

and we will do everything within our control to remedy the situation.
Q. If I purchase for delivery only - is
there a help line for assembly queries?

we will put you straight through to one of our trained members of staff who
can guide you through the process of assembling your desk/chair. Each desking
& storage product contains an assembly instruction guidance sheet which
will normally suffice.
