Delivery & Installation Information

Nationwide Service

All orders are delivered Free of Charge with an option for delivery & installation if required. We operate a Centralised Distribution Centre (CDC) in Rugby with Regional Distribution Centres (RDC's) in Dundee, Gravesend, Nottingham & Bristol to offer a nationwide delivery & installation service. The prices shown on our website include delivery anywhere within mainland Britain, except to PA, IV and KW postcodes where there will be a small additional charge which will be advised prior to order confirmation. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we will deliver free to a nominated mainland GB address i.e. a port. Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer. Alternatively, ask us to provide an additional quotation.

Trained Operatives Deliver & Install On The Same Day!

If required, we can install your office furniture on the same day that it is delivered. Space Office Furniture use highly trained installation teams who have been involved in the furniture industry for over 15 years. The installation team will be the same people who carry out the delivery and therefore you do not have to wait several days for the guys to follow - as with many other companies.

However, should you decide against the installation service we offer, Space Office Furniture will be more than happy to assist you with any queries during the construction of your products. Site Survey

For orders to be delivered & installed exceeding 10 desks we provide a site survey by our installers FREE OF CHARGE to assist ease of installation including us providing you with a Risk Assessment & Method Statement of how the installation is agreed to proceed.

Site Clearance (Redundant Furniture)

For an additional charge of £250.00 we will clear from site redundant furniture which is being replaced with new from Space Office Furniture Ltd. This charge covers a limit of upto 30 desks and 20 other pieces. Any variations in excess of this limit will be priced after site survey.

Storage

Where an order is unable to be received/installed on date previously agreed then an additional Storage Charge will be applicable at the rate £10 per pallet per week.

Failed Deliveries

Where for any reason a delivery by Space Office Furniture Ltd (or agents on their behalf) is turned away from delivery address an additional return delivery/installation cost of £250.00 will be charged.
